Connection

Story:

You as a player help a little AI to explore its surroundings after it woke up completely clueless where it is. Through the three levels it experiences the feel of different emotions. Over time, the AI gets more and more attached and opens up to the player.

Gameplay: 

There are 3 different chapters that each represent a different emotion the AI is experiencing: Joy, Anger and Sadness. Each chapter and therefore emotion has its unique character ability to complete the levels. These abilities are meant to express things and actions a person might want to do while feeling a certain way.

Audio:

One of the main aspects of this game are its audio features. Every chapter has its own music theme and unique sounds to represent the emotion the AI is currently experiencing to get the player in a similar mood.

Visuals: 

All visuals are self-made and simple on purpose. It’s that the player can focus more on the sound design and to give some feel of empty space and being caught in your own mind.
